With the work day(morning) in the club on the 11th March there are a few things on the list to be done such as: level out clean stone in the gap between the fence and containers where the muck from the erection of the fence is, clean out containers,work on the pontoon- cover to the gangway boards to make them less slippy, trim back some of the overhanging branches on the river, litter pick the bank and trees (before they come in leaf) in the area from the weir to the ring road bridge, painting to the containers ?. If there are other jobs that need doing please post the details so that we can arrange materials and tools to be there on the day.Pat Boyd – could you please bring some litter ‘pickers’ so that we can reach the litter in the trees from canadians. if there is any environmental works required on invasive species this can be added to the list.
